Potential investors are misled into believing they possess this license, but in reality, funds are being diverted to salaries and other expenses before any business operations commence, mirroring the pattern of previous scams orchestrated by Roga over the last decade. In this latest endeavor, the team includes Michele Char and Thomas Liebert, both of whom were involved in the Equiis scam.
